At Voyager Compass Consultancy LLP, we strive to ensure client satisfaction with our consulting services. However, as our services involve professional time and expertise, the following terms apply to cancellations and refunds:

• Our consultation and service charges are non-refundable. However, in special situations, if any portion of the amount is deemed refundable, it will be shared with the client through a written agreement specifying mutual consent and applicable terms.
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment, and will be evaluated case by case.
• Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 30 business days through the original payment mode.
• Government fees, embassy charges, and third-party costs (MARA agents, RCICs, lawyers, etc.) are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Voyager Compass Consultancy LLP reserves the right to terminate services if a client provides misleading information or fails to provide essential documentation, in which case no refund will be provided.
